You have the camera following the hip. And it's shaky, relative to the overall body position.

It can be useful for those who can sweep away a priori wrong answers. That is, for those who already have sufficient experience. For beginners it is misleading. I think it is generally more harmful than helpful.

I don't suppose anyone can give you a definite answer to that question. Godot 4 is too young engine and is constantly being optimised. So the most reliable way is to investigate it yourself.
